I wonder, I just started with Crest Whitestrips, and the instructions do not tell you what to use, not as I clean the gel, or you can paint?

I think the brush. You must use bleach, or e-Pro for that too. Also make sure you wash something to protect the enamel (enamel Pro) a lot and make the teeth sensitive.
When cleaning instructions and need to bleach your teeth is the least of your problems ...... lol
