I know that there are many eyes in Paris, and I'm not interested in statying of the Sacred Heart. I am looking for a budget hotel, small heart is visible in sight for all to ... If you are a night, which would also be helpful. Thank you!

If Paris is very compact for a city in the world and determine a good choice, in the middle rather than the northern part of the city remain Montmartre.
There are a number of hotels in Paris, but we need to understand that they are often not the amenities that many people look at the machines (critical ice, min-bars, and) even in most cases, elevators. Also, remember that most tourists visit the destination in the world so it is surprising that there is something both livable and affordable.
